Are transporters verified?+
Yes. Every transporter completes identity verification with Aadhaar, PAN, Driving Licence, and Vehicle RC before bidding. Each profile shows a trust tier and ratings from past shippers.
How is the freight rate decided?+
Transparently — through competitive bidding. Shippers set an expected price, transporters bid, and you accept whichever price works.
What is a return load?+
A return load is cargo for a truck that has already completed a delivery and is heading back home empty. Because the truck is going that direction anyway, the rate is 30–40% lower than a fresh booking. Transporters mark their posting as "Return Trip" and shippers on that route are matched automatically.
